Petals in the Pines

Where nature meets nurture AMONG the gardens

COVID-19 Update

Impact by activity/event

The effort to prevent the spread  of the Corona Virus has, unfortunately, impacted day-to-day operations here at Petals in the Pines, including some of your favorites. That said, we are fortunate to have so much space available--on wooded trails and in the gardens--to give families safe opportunities to enjoy the outdoors, exploring Nature's many amazing offerings. We ask the following of EVERY visitor: please don't visit if you are feeling sick, bring face masks/coverings with you on ALL visits, stay at least 6 feet away from other people. Please follow social distancing protocol if other guests are here. If you can’t avoid being briefly less than 6 feet from someone who did not come here with you, please put on your mask. Please leave pets at home.

FARM STAND SHOP: Currently we have Leaf Stone products in the  self-serve porch shop. Bouquets will be available in early June. One customer/family at a time on the porch.

TALE TRAILS:  We will set up our first Tale Trail in June, date to be determined. We will have activities to do along the way and to take home. The Nature Explore Outdoor Classroom and Pavilion will be closed for now.

TRAIL HIKES & GARDEN WALK: Guests can come walk our trails and meander through the gardens starting in June. Please keep your distance from others. One customer/family at a time on the porch.

PYO FLOWERS: This starts mid-July and we ask our guests to please keep a physical distance from others. One customer/family at a time on the porch.

"SPREAD YOUR WINGS" DAYS: We will announce when we feel it's safe to hold this weekly program. Reservations will be required to keep the crowd to a manageable size. In the meantime, come walk the trails to enjoy this space. The Nature Explore Outdoor Classroom and Pavilion will be closed for now.

LEAF STONE & FLORAL DESIGN WORKSHOPS: We'll announce when we feel it's safe to hold these events.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES & GARDEN TOURS: We aren't scheduling any at this time. We hope to open this up again at some point this summer.
